Axence NetTools is a solution network administrators can use for network scanning, monitoring and administration, powered by 10 useful tools.
Features include Netwatch, which monitors network and activity and can provide notifications of events, WinTools which can provide system information about a Windows system, and a Port Scanner which can check for all open ports and running services.
NetCheck allows you to prove the quality of your network hardware. It also provides for Ping, TraceRoute, Lookup and Bandwidth measuring, as well as a lot more.
The tool is provided for free, but does require a registration after 30 days.
