Port Listener is a lightweight tool that can listen on a specified TCP or UDP port.
It is useful for testing ports to see if they are blocked to remove machines due to firewall or router settings. The app runs in the System Tray out of the way. Multiple instances of the app can be run to listen on more than one port.
The port data view allows you to see what data is being sent to the port.
This tool is developed and provided for free by RJL Software, so consider going to the website and donating toward the development.
