Host File Manager is a tool that can be used to easily modify the HOST file on some Windows operating systems.
You can easily use it to block websites by pointing a domain at the localhost, or anything else you'd like to point a domain at.
NOTE: .NET Framework 2.0 required on Windows 2000, XP and Vista Home. This portable version includes no installer.
