FRSLinkCheck can check that all links on a website work, including internal and external links.
Links between pages on the same website that are broken can be fixed relatively easily, and are typically rare for most well operated sites. However, if you operate a website or a personal blog and you link externally a lot, you may have no idea how many of those links become broken over time.
