FenrirFS is a file synchronization and management tool for Windows, available for free.
It works well as a file management tool, allowing high quality immediate previews of images, PDF files and more within the window.
Auto sync functionality allows you to synchronize files too.
The best aspect of the application however is the ability to organize files with labels, in much the same way that tags organize blog posts. You can also use a star and comment system.
NOTE: This portable version includes no installer.
