MD5 Multi-Checker is a useful Java tool that allows you to easily get the MD5 checksum of files.
You can use it with individual files or you can import whole directories and it will do its work. Remember you will need to have the Java runtime environment installed for this software to work.
NOTE: This version is portable. Just extract the files and run the JAR file.
