NTFS Uneraser is an application that can recover previously deleted files on an NTFS partition.
That is, of course, if Windows has not overwritten the space previously occupied by the deleted file, which may make a full recovery impossible. You can also recover data from a USB drive.
Tools such as this should be used as soon as possible after an accidental deletion, and for best results, download them with another PC and launch them from a USB key.
