HandyPad is a very lightweight and useful mini text editor that hangs above the System Tray in Windows.
This program allows to easily scribble an ad hoc memo that will be saved automatically as you type it.
Think of it as a scratch pad you can use to jot down notes and ideas that you don't have to remember to Save manually.
