Windows On Top is a tool that can force any application Windows to stay on top on your Desktop.
It can also remove any window that is on top that you want to get out of the way.
The tool runs in the background. In order to put a window on top, simply press Ctrl + F8. To restore a window to its original state, use CTRL + F9.
