Read Text Files Aloud Software can read a text file aloud.
The user simply chooses the required file, sets the volume level and speech rate, using the sliders. The voice of the reader can be chosen from a drop down menu before starting.
This software can be useful for the visually impaired. There is also an option to save the text file to MP3 file.
