Create A Shortcut just simplifies creating shortcuts anywhere you specify in Windows.
It can be used to select where to create a shortcut for a file system object anywhere in Windows.
Create A Shortcut lets you select a location to place a shortcut without using the default windows location (SendTo Desktop or Create Shortcut) or creating a shortcut in own folder first and the moving it.
