RightThumb is a free thumbnail creation tool.
It integrates into Windows Explorer context menus for ease of use in Windows, allowing you to quickly create thumbnail images. It can create a thumbnail image from a wide variety of graphics formats.
You can also create bulk amounts of thumbnails by simply selecting multiple files in Explorer.
