RenamePicture can bulk rename pictures in a folder based on their date/time EXIF information.
All you have to do is to select the folder and hit the button. It supports a large number of RAW images and other formats.
It is available to use as freeware from Brain2CPU.
NOTE: This portable version doesn't include an installer.
