Bart is a useful file and folder backup tool support multiple source and target directory trees.
When run, it will copy any files which have changed since the last run, bringing the destination up to date with the source.
When first run, all the files will be copied, and then on subsequent runs only the files which have altered will be updated, new files copied, and deleted ones removed.
Bart is also super-lightweight. It has some additional command line and other options you can view here.
