NoVirusThanks Threat Killer is a useful malicious software remover for Windows.
It is able to remove persistent files, kernel drivers installed by rootkits, registry keys and values, terminate processes (even if critical), delete an entire folder (also using recursive) and much more by executing custom scripts.
It should not be used as a replacement for a proper anti-malware package, but it could get you out of a jam if you are dealing with persistent malware.
NOTE: This is a portable version of the tool that can be unzipped and run without installation.
