MSN & Windows Live Recovery Tool is a tool that can recover passwords from MSN or Windows Live Messenger.
It can find the information stored locally and decrypt it so it can be viewed as plaintext.
NOTE: While Skype replaced Windows Live Messenger, this app will not work with Skype, but if you are upgrading to Skype this will allow you to recover your password.
