Emsisoft Decrypter for OpenToYou can decrypt files that were encrypted using the OpenToDescrypt ransomware.
It encrypts a wide variety of files on a victim's system and leaves behind a text file with an e-mail address to use to decrypt the files. The victim's files will be held to ransom.
This tool will attempt to recover the encrypted files.
