Emsisoft Decrypter for Globe3 can attempt to decode files encrypted by the ransomware kit Globe3.
The most commonly used extensions are .decrypt2017 and .hnumkhotep but they can be anything else since the extensions are configurable in the Globe3 tool. To use the decrypter, you will require a file pair containing both an encrypted file and its non-encrypted original version.
Emsisoft has offered this tool to the public for free, and also a handy technical guide to explain using it.
