Emsisoft Decrypter for Globe2 is a tool that can attempt to recover files encrypted by the Globe2 ransomware kit.
The most commonly used extensions are .raid10, .blt, .globe, .encrypted and .[mia.kokers@aol.com], but could be anything else since the extension is configurable in the Globe2 ransomware kit.
To use the decrypter you will require a file pair containing both an encrypted file and its non-encrypted original version.
Emsisoft has offered this tool to the public for free, and also a handy technical guide to explain using it.
