CodeInventors DCrypt is a simple tool you can use to decrypt files that have been encrypted by NCrypt.
While NCrypt requires a license, this tool does not. If you are sending encrypted files to another person over the Internet, then they can use this tool to decrypt them as long as you provide the key and the encryption method chosen in NCrypt. They will not need to pay a license fee this way.
