Darsana Hotfix 1

This first hotfix for the Darsana includes gameplay tweaks, and a disappearing bug fix.

Patch details:

place the progs.dat in the /data/ folder overwriting the old one

fixes:

-no more disappearing anything

-increased speed in movement with melee weapons

-one frag not two frag loss on team switch (not a suicide)

-god warning messages when attacking eachothers' gods
