Windows Service Master enumerates all services in Windows, displaying information and allowing you to start, stop or uninstall services.

Windows Services can be configured to start when the operating system is booted, run in the background as long as Windows is running, and execute higher privilege operations which otherwise cannot be performed by normal processes.

This allows malware to use services to hide. Tools like this allow you to analyze running services.
