Reprofiler can manipulate user profiles in Windows (Windows XP - Windows 10).
It's purpose is to fix problems that arise when things go wrong with profiles and permissions / ownership settings in Windows.
Reprofiler offers a quick and easy way to see which profile is associated with which user. If a problem is evident, it then provides an intuitive and straightforward means of correcting the profile ownership.

NOTE: This portable version doesn't include an installer.
