PE Dropper Monitor is a freeware tool to monitor and log files of executable nature (PE files). This version of the tool is portable (Zipped).
It essentially monitors the hard disk of your computer for files of an executable nature (PE files) that are "dropped" onto it. You can monitor system-wide or filter to processes.
Logged information includes the process filename which is responsible for dropping the PE file, the filename of the dropped file and the type of dropped file (EXE, SYS, DLL etc) and so forth.
It is available for 32-bit Windows operating systems up to Windows 7.
