Basic Software Inventory can retrieve a software inventory from any WMI-enabled PC on your network.
You need to provide the name or IP address of the target computer to the user interface under "Computer Name. When you click go it will detail the Windows version and latest service pack.
It will also display a software inventory below when you can apply filters too. For example "Microsoft" filtered as a name can show only Microsoft software.
