HDiskPerf is a free monitoring utility that can monitor the access patterns of drives in Windows.
It gives a visual graph and data about the access pattern of a partition on a HDD, or an entire hark disk. It can also be used to do the same with a CD or DVD disc.
To monitor multiple drives / discs, you need to run multiple instances of HDiskPerf.
This is the 32-bit version of HDiskPerf. A 64-bit version of HDiskPerf is also available for 64-bit versions of Windows.
