Drive Speedometer is a tool that can monitor the current read and writes speeds of you hard drives.
It uses the Windows performance counters to pull the information. A reg file is included to enable performance counters if necessary. It is a useful tool that can give you vital information about your HDD when you are analyzing a system slow down, or other, problem.
NOTE: This download is portable and so includes no installer.
