ST Cam [Be Seen] lets you record videos from your webcam.
It lets you choose which camera you want to record from by right-clicking on the preview pane and selecting the camera. You can capture the video by clicking the Capture button.
There are also keyboard shortcuts that are shown on the application itself. You can choose the Fit Mode, and whethger you want frame borders.
