SplitCam (64-bit) lets you use your webcam with multiple apps at the same time.
If you are using your webcam with an app and try to use it with a second app, you will often get an error notifying you that the device is busy or unavailable. You can get around that with this app.
SplitCam allows users to send the same webcam video to multiple separate applications. You can broadcast the same webcam feed to Skype, Facebook, YouTube, Viber, and so on.
