KeroSoft WebCam Creation can record video and take snapshots from your webcam, add frames, morph your face, etc.

You can use it to track your face and morph it into something else, like the Mona Lisa, if you wish. You can frame pictures taken and use available templates.

Another feature allows you to use the webcam as a kind of monitoring/surveillance tool that will notify you by email or FTP if it detects movement or the presence of faces etc.
