Aiseesoft 4K Converter can convert 4K video to lower resolutions or upscale lower resolutions to 4K.
You can convert UHD 4K videos to lower resolutions like 1080p or 720p in order to have better compatibility or playback with devices. It supports output to a wide range of video files including MP4, MKV, FLV, AVI, TS, and WebM.
It can also be useful to change the format or file container of your 4K video so that it is compatible with your television or other device.
