cPicture is a tool you can use to view images, metadata and also to edit / manipulate them.
You can, for example, carry out simple editing tasks like rotating, cropping, resizing, and so on. You can view EXIF data of photos too (date and time of picture, possibly GPS information etc.).
It can remove red-eye from photos too.
CPicture can also create galleries in HTML that you can publish on the web. It supports opening RAW image formats too.
NOTE: For 32-bit Windows, download cPicture (32-bit) instead.
